Wall Street Journal (05/18/12) Warner, Melodie
Fitch Ratings notes that delinquencies on U.S. commercial real estate loan collateralized debt obligations (CREL CDOs) inched up again last month from March. However, since January, the index has trended slightly higher each month. The credit-ratings company on Friday reported that U.S. CREL CDO delinquencies increased during April 13.6 percent to 13.9 percent on a month-to-month basis. CREL CDO asset... More

According to the research, developers have responded to the high level of interest in Calgary with an "unprecedented" number of projects and total square footage. Indeed, citywide, there are currently 31 projects comprising more than 11.1 million... More
