Do you have recent papers on selection of security service providers and examples of RFPs used?

Here is a sample RFP we have. While it doesn't focus on security only, you could possibly adapt it for your needs.

This is a white paper CoreNet Global produced about RFP best practices, as a result of an end-user/service provider survey. I hope it helps.

Corporate real estate directly relates to companies whose primary business is not real estate but who need real estate to compete, make a profit and add shareholder value.

CoreNet Global is unique in that we are the only professional association that serves this niche, otherwise known as corporate occupiers or corporate end users. Examples include Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Whirlpool, Ford, Bank of America and many others, mostly comprising the Fortune 1000 and the Forbes Global 2000. These non-real estate companies form the demand side of the corporate real estate industry.

Commercial real estate interests such as brokers, owners, investors, landlords, developers and architects provide land, facilities, physical space and other goods or services to corporate end users. Economic developers provide the same corporate clients with location, relocation, expansion and other related needs. These real estate and location companies and organizations form the supply side of the corporate real estate industry.

By combining these three key segments – corporate occupiers, commercial real estate providers and economic developers – CoreNet Global is the only group that convenes the entire supply chain of the corporate real estate industry.

Connecting and providing value to you and your company in the entire network and supply chain of the corporate real estate industry – from end users and occupiers to service providers and economic developers. Professionals from across the corporate real estate industry gather from a variety of functional disciplines, locations, career stages, and companies.  Membership types include End Users, Service providers, Economic Developers, as well as Academic, Journalist, Student, and Retired professionals.
